Users agree to use the HealthNet platform only for lawful and authorized purposes. Healthcare providers, organizations, and staff members must ensure that their use of the platform complies with applicable healthcare regulations, institutional policies, and professional standards.  

Users are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and for ensuring that their use of the platform does not disrupt or interfere with system operations.  

Certain HealthNet features require users to create an account. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for restricting access to their accounts.   

All activities performed through a registered account are the responsibility of the account holder. If users suspect unauthorized access to their account, they should notify HealthNet immediately.   

HealthNet provides technology tools that support healthcare workflows, including patient information management, communication, scheduling, and operational coordination.    

HealthNet does not provide medical diagnoses, treatment recommendations, or clinical decisions. Healthcare professionals using the platform remain solely responsible for patient care, medical advice, and compliance with healthcare regulations.    

All content, technology, software, and materials available on the HealthNet platform are the intellectual property of HealthNet or its licensors.   

Users may not copy, modify, distribute, reproduce, reverse engineer, or otherwise use any part of the platform without prior written authorization from HealthNet.     

HealthNet works to maintain reliable platform performance and availability. However, service interruptions may occasionally occur due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.    

We may update or modify platform features from time to time to improve system performance and functionality.     

HealthNet provides its services to support healthcare operations, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free functionality.    

To the extent permitted by applicable law, HealthNet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform.     

HealthNet may update these Terms of Use from time to time to reflect changes in services, technology, or legal requirements.     

Any updates will be published on this page. Continued use of the platform after updates indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
